Black Restaurant Group has been committed to using high quality, local ingredients long before it was popular.  From the beginning, Addie's bought from local farms whenever possible.  Jeff Black didn't know what a trend it would become, he just believed that the food tasted better with local, fresh components. Fifteen years later, our restaurants support local agriculture by sourcing organic meats, produce and dairy from purveyors such as Even' Star Farm, Chapel Hill Farm, South Mountain Creamery and Nob Hill Orchards.  Black Restaurant Group is very proud of its relationships with all of our local producers and growers, and we will continue our commitment to them as we expand and look to the future.
