Jennifer Larkin began her restaurant career as a server and quickly rose to manager at a popular corporate establishment. This experience provided her with the service, records management and administrative skills needed to manage a successful restaurant. Larkin left the corporate system and came to work at Addie’s. Based on the skill set she demonstrated there, she was tapped to be the opening Assistant Manager for Black Market Bistro, the third of the Blacks’ restaurants.
The core group of partners of Black Restaurant Group recognized Larkin’s managerial and administrative talents and was promoted to Office Manager of Black Restaurant Group to oversee what had grown into a collection of four restaurant properties with additional properties in the pipeline. Her oversight of all administrative and office functions makes her essential to the everyday functioning of Black Restaurant Group.
In 2011, Jennifer was tapped to become a Partner of Black Restaurant Group, LLC.
