Jon Linck

Jon Linck, Director of Operations, for Black Restaurant Group L.L.C., oversees the daily operations of Republic, Black's Bar and Kitchen, Black Market Bistro, BlackSalt, Pearl Dive Oyster Palace and Black Jack. Realizing his potential, Jeff and Barbara Black have elevated him to this equity position to facilitate and assist in the growth of their company. Through Jon's tenure with the Black's, he has garnered a strong understanding of the commitment and expectations they have for themselves, their employees, and their restaurants. His reputation as a no nonsense manager has earned him wide respect in the industry, and will further propel the management teams at all the Black Restaurant Group properties.
